No he didn't...James Toney lost to Montell Griffin twice. The fact that Roy went up in weight to beat Toney was impressive enough.

Joe calZ is goat in his division and one of the best ever, undefeated for a reason and schooled Jones and Hopkins for a reason
At that time, Roy was still a decent fighter, but years removed from the great fighter he once was, far past his prime.

It's crazy how people say that Roy Jones is the most athletic boxer ever, but he never is in lists of the most athletic sportsmen, that shows how boxing lacks great athletes.
Not saying anything against Jones, he was an amazing fighter.

You really class that as a win?

Yeah, if you do something illegal and lose as a result of doing said illegal thing,It's a loss and you deserved to lose. Roy was in a tough competitive fight, for the first time in his career, and couldn't cope,so he found away out wasn't the first and certainly want be the last, but at least he grew from it.

Roy definitely deserved the DQ. There's no dis*****g that. He lost his cool, but he was on the verge of stopping him. He'd got back into the fight and the finishing line was in sight. Yes, Montell won officially, but to celebrate it in any way is too much. He was awarded the fight after getting up from the canvas. I don't know how anyone can claim that he really beat Roy. It would be like Byrd celebrating his win over Vitali.
