The funny part is they claim to want the fight like Lara and Decubas tweeting crap.

They never use their management team when calling out Golovkin. They won't even talk to Haymon to make the fight for them.

I don't see it happening, but then again where does Jacobs go from here if he gets stripped? I think Jacobs will want a big cashout to get Pirog'd again, and I just don't see where that money could come from. Golovkin has ZERO ppv power and no one outside of Brooklyn knows who Jacobs is. A PPV would do... what... 150-200k at very best?

Jacobs will take the fight. There is no where else to go and he wants recognition. Plus where is he going to make any kind of money that he demands unless they do a fight against Saunders.

The best thing that ever happened to triple G is trying to hard to KO Brook and gave the impression that he can be beat

Saunders, Eubank, Jacobs are all saying they'll fight GGG

But when it comes time to sign a contract they'll run for cover!

Pugmire's tweets indcate HBO will not finacially support GGG/Jacobs. If thats the case, how do you blame Jacobs for that?

first off nobody else has confirmed Pugmires info. But even if accurate, so what? The fight would have to go to PPV anyways so HBO doesnt have to "buy" it in the first place. All they have to do is distribute it.......

My point is simple-if HBO blocks the GGG/Jacobs fight from happening and then put him n with a cheaper and worse opponent or he drops the belt, I would hope you and other GGG fans place blame where it belongs and not blame Jacobs.

the only way I can blame Jacobs is if he actually has the opportunity to take the fight but vacates instead. For example if it goes to bid and lets say the bid is $5 million and jacobs vacates instead of fighting for $1.25 million. I can, and will, absolutely hang that on him.

And the very same people who go on and on and on about how GGG should accept a 95-5 split vs Canelo "because a-side doe, beat him and make billions next time and blah blah blah" will be right here defending Jacobs talking about "it bidness doe"......

Jacobs would be the ideal opponent to end the year for Golovkin, then Saunders and Alvarez next year.
