There are a few issues with Omar.
He wanted to go back to Joel Diaz and train there (was about a year ago) but it seems that his daughter had some health problem and that's why he stayed in Texas.
Last time I've seen him he was really big. Maybe him and Broner could fight at 170 down the read... Maybe there are still hand issues.
