I am going with Briggs especially within 4-5 rounds, beyond that its a toss up really as both men would be gassed & more so in briggs's case.. Browne doesn't have a great chin & if Chagaev had enough reserves, he would have KO'd Browne after the KD..

Because its an even fight tbh.. Browne isn't top 10 fighter & Briggs's shot..
Briggs can punch & Browne has a mediocre chin.. Both men do not have enough energy to dance for 12 rounds & for sure there will be KDs in this..

Why is the WBA ordering this fight? Briggs is #8 in their rankings. I think the very dangerous and hard-hitting #7 ranked Manuel Charr or P4P ATG #4 Fast Fres Oquendo would be much more deserving of this title shot.
