He looked pale, knackered and disinterested. He is either unwell, drained or both. He came in under 159 which is of interest.

I'd rather a great fight between two healthy guys. Kell looked great. I hope GGG sorts it out.

GGG is going to demolish him. I don't see Gennady Golovkin weighing 158.8 lbs. as being any issue at all. Marvelous Marvin Hagler (whom I think is the best middleweight ever) used to weigh in less than that sometimes.

GGG clearly struggled with the weight. First time I've seen him this bad which means it shouldn't affect him too much. He should still flatten Brook but doesn't bode well going forward.

I never saw an interview with him as i turned off the TV because i didn't think he was going to be interviewed.

It's not usually like Golovkin to say something that bold either really.

I do think he looks very serious about this one. Some are saying he looks drained and tired etc. I thought that too but now I'm not sure, it seems like he's tired of all the fuss surrounding it, is in fight mode and just wants to get on with the job now. The more i see him, he seems more serious/annoyed than tired i think.

Understandable too that he hasn't been hanging around the press things for too long. If he wants to focus on himself and his preparation, it's probably better to focus with your team rather than hanging around the pro-brook media and public.

Anyway, i just hope the fight is good.

This is Golovkin's standard weigh-in, right at 159lbs. The only difference is this is taking place at 5am LA time, when he's normally still sleeping. The fight itself will be much later, (2pm LA time), when he's used to training.
