Ok so why didnt pacquiao go back down in weight when he took ped tests? He looked the exact same when he fought mahweather as when he fought cotto. Why isnt he balding lik every single long term ped user like mayweather bonds clemens and now evidently malignaggi himself? Manny started as a 16 year old malnourished little boy. Go look at his first fights he was a little boy. Ofcourse he grew afterhe turned pro he hadnt even reachedhis full height yet. After that hedidnt have any crazy growth spurts he was killing himself to make weight in the lower weights and now he is fighting basically at his walk around weight unlike most fighters who have to drain 10-20 lbs to make weight.
