Sanchez said the same thing, that Kovalev was out of shape and just returning to training, whereas GGG was in full flow.

Also its not exactly uncommon for guys to get hurt to the body in sparring. For a start mentally you are just not going to want to put your body through as much pain as you would when millions of dollars are on the line.

So that means he was knocked out?

Sounds more like he got hurt with a shot, they didn't say anything about being knocked out

Since the interviewer specifically asks about him being knocked out / down & didn't get up + JDJ confirms, I don't see how you could possibly say this title is misleading.

The interviewer asked about being knocked down, he didn't say anything about being knocked out at all. JDJ confirmed that Kovalev got hurt by a body shot.

Surely you know the difference between being knocked out and just being knocked down. I shouldn't have to explain the difference. Also, JDJ said Kovalev said he wasn't hurt bad but just got caught with a shot he wasn't ready for while he was out of shape.

Your thread title says JDJ confirmed Kovalev was knocked out by GGG. That isn't what was said in the video at all, nor did JDJ confirm Kovalev was knocked out.

Kova went down from a body shot he wasn't knocked out.

This has been confirmed by both Kova himself and Disabled Sanchez
