      there's a russian interview where kovalev admitted this.

      this stuff happens, especialyl with body shots when guys are just getting back into shape.


      did it happen? yes? does golovkin have power? yes. did he whoop kovalev's ass? no. would kovalev be favored if they signed to fight tomorrow? yes. would ward be favored if golovkin signed to fight him tomorrow? yes.

          I don't care how tough or intimidating you THINK a fighter is, Body punches can break anybody down and make them drop to their knees...ANYBODY! It doesn't take a ton of Power either to hurt someone to the body. They ***ing SUCK especially when you take many of them and especially when things get tender from getting punched in that same spot over and over.

          Always suggest that fans go spar a bit, it will make them respect the sport even more and you won't spend hours upon hours on a forum disrespect professional fighters once you see how difficult boxing is. Being in "BOXING SHAPE" that is some Next Level stuff I see why other athletes including Boxing Training into their workouts!

          That being said Sparring is just that...SPARRING!
