When did he flat out refuse testing though? all I know is he wanted a cut off date for the blood, and Arum was the one more against the testing than Pac, even Alex Ariza said Pac didnt care after he told him he would make sure nobody tried funny stuff, Arum is also the guy who made up the story about Pac being scared of needles but I guarantee you after I clarify all this info you will still insist he said it, Ariza said it straight up that Arum didnt want the fight he was afraid if Manny lost to Floyd years ago he wouldnt be able to milk him, and Floyd was afraid if Pac would beat him he wouldnt draw anymore because as Floyd put it what if I lose?

Thats his belief, He also said he would take unlimited Urine testing. He never said no to testing, he wanted a cut off date because he didnt want to have the same situation as with Morales, whatever superstition he has thats on him. I dont share the same belief but fighters in general are superstitious and have a routine they dont break. Another one of his routines is to drive to Vegas from LA with his crew, Pac never takes a plane to Vegas from LA he always takes the road, he also doesnt drink cold drinks everything has to be luke warm, etc.

If he took steroids it would have came out right now, it was the biggest accusation in sports, someone with LEGIT info and evidence would have came forward the money for a story like that would garner them big time.

Barry Bonds, Armstrong, A Rod, etc all suspected roid cheats have all had someone who came forward.

Some poor ass Filipino would have sold Pac out long time ago, filmed him etc, Pac has like 100 filipinos around him, so you telling me not one would rat him out? Maignaggi, especially after what Pacquiao was able to do to Miguel Cotto (and the whispers about suspect things coming out about Pacquiao, in addition to the refusal to even talk when $40m was on the table for a fight), believes in his heart of hearts that Manny Pacquiao was abusing PEDs, substances that, if Paulie chose to do, would've made him a superstar.
