154 is probably the best weight for him, I think Eddie said that would be the perfect weight for him when the Golovkin fight was first announced.

Problem is, 154 has a lot of difficult matchups, the Charlos aren't that great but they are huge for the weight like he's huge at 147 plus Andrade, Lara so those are all high risk low reward like Spence. Assuming Canelo beats Smith and vacates he could go for that belt, or if Smith wins that would be a big fight but he'd probably be tied into a rematch clause.

Some might say he's avoiding Spence by leaving 147 but if he is then he definitely won't get it any easier at 154.

and before some **** says well he's fighting GGG, well Brook has nothing to lose fighting GGG, he is SUPPOSE TO LOSE
Yea of course Brook an undefeated fighter is throwing away his undefeated record in a fight hes supposed to lose to avoid fighting Spence, Spence may turn out to be great but hes done nothing so far and if Brook was to beat him next fight he gets labeled a hype job.

Clowns like you moan about the quality of Brooks opposition he goes and takes on the hardest challenge he could reasonably be asked to take by moving up the limit his frame will take him to fight a man clearing out the division 2 above him and you still find a way to knock him.

He's been draining himself a while to make 147, so the move to 154 was coming sooner rather than later.

I think he will do well at 154.

This blog post is a waste of time. Brook is simply saying that, if he beats Golovkin or if it is a close fight, he will stay at 160. If he gets KO'd by Golovkin, he will move back down to 147.

Losing your ******ity to Beyonce for a big pay cheque is a lot better than losing your ******ity and title to some fat local bird for a small amount of money

Brook can live with losing to GGG, because 99% of people have him losing.

Losing to Spence, which is a 50/50 fight, thats going to be a biter pill to swallow

Brook ducked Spence, bend it, twist anyway you like, we said this would happen

History books will show Brook ducked Errol. Funny thing is i had Brook winning that fight, sadly he doesnt have the balls to fight Errol i.e high risk low reward

He will be at best only if he wins. If he loses, Brook will claim that he didn't feel comfortable at 160 and is moving back to 147.

There were rumors of him moving to 154 way before the Golovkin fight. That's probably where he will end up

You dont duck someone by taking the hardest fight available there was far easier choices if he was just doing it to avoid Spence ie Vargas which was pretty much signed or just moving up and fighting absolutely anyone from the division above. Brook has said for years he wants the big fights but he cant get them, he said earlier in the year he would fight GGG as it would be a huge fight he backs up his talk and yet you give him **** for not fighting Spence
