Comments Thread For: Whyte: Tarver is a P*ssy, Typical American, He's The Magic Bum!

The war of words is back on the table between British heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte (17-1, 14KOs) and former world champion Antonio 'Magic Man' Tarver (31-6-1, 22KOs). Tarver, 47-years-old, was asking for a fight with Whyte - hoping that a victory will lead to a title crack at IBF heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua.

Tarver is more suitable as a commentator on PBC he is informative and entertaining, his days as a relevant fighter are in the past.

I've really come to dislike Tarver; between claiming he was poisoned in the Hopkins fight, getting popped for PEDs twice, being a degenerate gambler who pisses his money away...money that should have been 1. invested & 2. used to pay his child support, and now turning down money (for fights & sparring) despite being hundreds of Gs in the hole. And he's still gonna have the nerve to act like he is entitled to some big money fights and that people are avoiding him. He's definitely become one of the more annoying and cringe-worthy personalities in boxing today (along with Amir Kahn, Abel Sanchez, and Adrien Broner)

Typical American??? I understand he's frustrated with Tarver but why did he have to go there?

This Whyte kid better watch his mouth before someone closes it for him.

I don't agree with his comments about Americans however I do like Dillian.

I would like to see him step up and do well in this sport. He's a real character.

Maybe be the first to test Wilder.

There is no value in seeing Whyte blast the corpse of Tarver into oblivion.

Although Whyte has definitely crossed a line here - he's going to get lit up if he steps up in competition, and the Yanks are going to love it.
