He has zero interest in fighting anyone of note and is conning the british boxing public, the reason he is now ducking a 50 year old, is on the off chance that he get's sparked by briggs he knows he won't be able to comeback for one last bigpayday.

Whereas if he fight's a B/C level contender next and loses to say for example a Povetkin or someone of similar ilk he can still come back for one last big payday Vs AJ.
What are you saying? That you'd rather he fought Briggs than someone like Povetkin?

Well said my friend David Haye is fake a fraud and been found out - everyone should boycott his fights, do not buy tickets to any of his fights. I'm convinced he is done fighting and doesn't have it anymore. (his speed has gone) Look how desperate he is trying to get that Anthony Joshua fight on Sky Box Office PPV at Wembley stadium. Really hope Tyson '2Fast' Fury gets to fight Joshua before Haye, would make my day week month year decade, hehe

Haye is running scared from briggs what makes you think he will fight povetkin who already has a fight lined up with stiverne? Bottom line is briggs has revived his career and is on a mean streak and is very popular and haye was piggybacking off briggs popularity to sell his last fight and now he isrunning and is backing out on his word because theres a great chance briggs will end hayes career for good. Fans should hold fighters accountable for their word just like any other man on this earth

This is all part of the sales game, i don't care for this farce. This fight is already signed, sealed and delivered. Now they just playing around to get the casuals to make it look like Haye doesn't want the fight then blam fight "Negotiation" and signed. They are not fooling me one bit.

If Haye fights a top 10 fighter i have no problem with him telling Briggs to go fuck himself. It's funny that you say Haye used Briggs, because the way i see it they used each other, Briggs is using Haye to stay relevant. Briggs has revived a career? No he hasn't, he's doing exactly what people are accusing Haye of. He's fighting bums until he gets a pay day, the only difference is that ****** boxing fans are supporting him because he acts like a clown and Briggs stands no chance of winning if he lands one.

Hmmm I seem to remember Davey using similar tactics to lure either Klitscko into a fight a few years back

                I agree with you.

But atleast Wlad stood by his word and fought Haye. Unlike David who isn't standing by his word.

Haye was a world champion and a draw. Briggs is a washed up old fighter willing to take a beating for a pay day, he has 0 draw which is why he's walking the streets of London begging for fights. No promoter or TV company wants to touch Briggs with a bargepole. You have a minority of so called boxing fans that know he's finished but are encouraging him because they think he's funny, similar to a village idiot.

That all sounds very elegantly put Davey but you did give him a verbal agreement of a fight, no one forced you to do that.
