Name the better opponents that roman has faced?
The only guys Romana has ever faced better than Cuadras are Yaegashi and Estrada. Take that for what you will.

Regardless, cuadras is romans toughest fight since Estrada in 2012

Lol this is what I was about to say.

Having said that, Cuadras isn't a bad opponent, he definitely has a punch but he lacks a truly upper tier win. If he beats Roman, it'd be an upset but not a hugely surprising one.

He's alright. Decent movement and skill. I think Roman is way too good for him, though.

Number 1 rated in his division so yeah I think he must be good but Roman is likely on an entirely different level but we'll find out soon what he has to offer.

Too bad Canelo couldn't follow in the footsteps of guys like Cuadras and Estrada and fight the best of his division or the best guy on offer.

He's a solid B+ fighter, he's got very good legs, speed, explosiveness and combination punching. He's a bit like a mini Thurman. He will have some success in the fight but Choco is too good all-round for him, he will cut the ring off on Cuadras, work the body and break him down to win either by clear UD or late stoppage.

He does have some similar traits as Thurman interestingly enough he reacts to body punches the same way jets across the ring in order to buy time
