What you say is true. I use boxrec often to see how bad some of the boxers who get title shots are. The other places only go down to 15th and some title challengers like a few that fought Wilder are so bad they aren't on anybody's top 15. Boxrec ranks every pro in the world in every weight class all the way down to the thousands. They are now leaving out information they used to give you like how the judges scored the fight, what round the fight ended in and any knockdowns that happened.Comment

It doesn't know that Vlad clinched over 100 times in one fight or that he mostly fought n Germany where had the ref judges, and commission on his side either. It is fair and unbiased with whatever information it has, but it's not perfect.
You see, a computer is only as good as whatever information is put into it.
The computer has no way of knowing Mayweather lost to Castillo, Madiana and De La Hoya. It can only go by official results, even if they were robberies.
The computer doesn't know Floyd and Ward had home referees who help them out (Cortez & Bayliss helped Floyd, Reiss helped Ward by letting him foul. And it cannot know Floyd avoided multiple fighters like Paul Williams at welterweight.Comment
