After Bob claims USADA "signed off" on the painkiller shot, Lance Armstrong specifically ask for clarification -

Lance : so they (usada) issued a TUE? A the****utic use exemption?....

Bob : ...exemption (finishing lance). Yeah.

Classic Bob Arum. Pact@rds lost for believing anything team Pac says. Because we know they will continue to believe Bob. Enjoy Pac vs Vargas.

Arum then mentioned that the inspector told them that USADA did not mention to NSAC that they approved the shot, so Pacquiao went into the fight without the shot therefore breaking no rules. Mayweather, on the other hand, got an illegal IV, went into the fight anyway, and got a retroactive TUE 3 weeks post-fight from USADA (and they didn't inform NSAC until after the fight also) for fake dehydration.

Weren't you the same guy who was accusing Pac of taking some exotic Filipino drugs or something because you saw he was in a vinegar/soy sauce (Datu Puti) commercial? Lol. You thought the vinegar was PEDs, lol.

Bottomline is too much money was involved in the fight and no one wanted to prevent the fight from happening. USADA broke WADA rules and allowed Floyd to go fight even though he took a prohibited IV. End of.

How did USADA break WADA rules? No rule says says they can't compete while waiting for a decision of a retroactive TUE.

I don't really want to get into this again but:

According to WADA: "Infusions or injections of more than 50 mL per a 6-hour period are prohibited unless the infused/injected substance is administered: during a hospital admission, surgical procedure, or clinical investigation."

Basically, Floyd did not meet any of those 3 requirements as far as we know, and got a 750 mL IV infusion at home.

Which is why he applied for a TUE and was granted it.
