He ain't winning this fight and lifting weights don't help your chin. It will just slow him down and make a easier target for GGG to knockout. This fight is joke no matter how much Kell Brook wants to turn into a body builder in the last 2 months.

    Yes.

Why should I do that? Do you not know how YouTube works?

Oh will I see that? Good to know you are psychic....

Name me a fighter who went up in went and lost their speed.....

I don't think the speed really matters, Brooke relies on timing more than speed.

Floyd at 147 wasn't half as fast as people said he was, he was fairly average in terms of hand speed compared to when he was at 135, but his timing was remarkable, and good timing make you seem fast, because the punch gets there right when it needs too.

Wasn't fast at 147? Ummm what are you talking about? Floyd was as fast as he ever was Vs Hatton.... Yes he lost speed in his 30's but that's age not weight.

But you're right, Brook is all about timing.

I love how all the trolls are now claiming that Brook is some out of shape fat ass. Or he's too muscular and that's not good.

Either way, he's out of shape and not ready for this fight.

Surely with a week to go you don't want to have to drop 8lbs?
Isn't it all about taking it easy and making last minute preparations?

Saying that, surely GGG won't care if he comes in over. Brook is getting knocked through the ropes like that Japanese guy lol

It was as close to as a last second decision to make this fight. Remember that initially it was Eubank Jr vs Golivkin that was being discussed then it's nowhere, this fight gets announced. Who knows how or in what shape brook was in

They should go back to same day weigh in. I wonder how the divisions would look if that happens.

Your the one who took time out to quote me and look for videos and post it here like it makes a difference what Brook looks like jumping rope. But if you think it matters then you go search for same video of him doing it without the extra weight. I could careless about Brook workout videos and damn sure not wasting my time on youtube looking for them. Him adding the muscle will slow him down and that was his one so called advantage heading into this fight. He's getting knocked the F out
