            I think the hardest hitters in the division are Samuel Peter, Lamon Brewster and Wladimir Klitschko. Have not seen David Tua's comeback fights (only clips) so I cannot comment on his power right now.

            As I said, Peter should gain more experience in the ring before fighting for a title. But, right now, he could already beat some of the champs, maybe even all of them.
