I like BJS, however I got a feeling they are waiting until monday to announce the fight cause they need to wait for the local cab drivers work schedule.

Biggest shame of all this is that BJS would make for some good fights with some of these guys. Seeing how his movement and skills looked against Khurtsidze constant pressure would be real interesting. Gonna play it super safe though waiting for a big Canelo offer.

Have heard Akavov's name linked. I remember reading that BJS wanted to face a random undefeated guy on Canelo/Smith undercard, not sure who that was supposed to be. One opponent it could be is Austin Trout. I remember Smith/Trout almost happened, he'd probably take short money as he's lost again since then and would know a win means a big payday down the line. Could see Warren liking that fight as AT would be undersized at 160 as well.

Saunders may have been referring to Rob Brant. Neither Akavov or Bursak are undefeated and BJS did say the guy he wanted was with a rival promoter (Haymon). Brant would be interesting, he doesn't look quiet as good as Antoine Douglass, but he's pretty good.

Damn shame Douglass lost to Khurtsidze, if he had fought Soliman like he was supposed to, he would've been the WBO mando. That's why Showtime had a deal in place to sign him if he beat Khurtsidze.
