Nobody cares about golovkin vs saunders tho. Except the dudes that try to justify the fight by calling it a big unification. When everybody knows it's the opposite. It's a gimme fight for gennady. None of the 4 fights I mentioned for canelo are gimme fights. Canelo could possibly lose to all 4 of them.

and nobody even thought about golovkin vs Eubanks until Eubanks talked his way into a possible fight. Not one person ever called for that fight, so don't try to make it seem like it's a fight that's in demand.

The jacobs fight is the only one with intrigue at 160 for ggg at this moment

Because hes not a 154 pounder, hes a guy who can fight at 168 if he wanted to. Just because he is able to drain himself and rehydrate 20 pounds doesnt make him a legit 154 pounder. That just makes him a guy who is able to drain himself and rehydrate to avoid fighters his own size. Canelo is a middleweight hiding at 154 and 155. And the reason is GGG

Get the *** out of here. Canelo made a career of always picking on smaller fighters. He's ALWAYS the bigger dude. There's a reason why he's not on any P4P list - everyone knows he fights smaller guys.
Canelo didn't make a career of doing ****. I notice that you don't really take kind to posters dissing GG. He's a hypocrite.

He killed Canelo before and after his fight with Khan, and is fighting a WW himself. The GG fanatics say "well Brook is a big WW". Bull **** Mr Handman!

He's still a ****en WW and he's still smaller than GG. If you're going to kill Canelo for ducking GG, fine, but don't start talking this size bull****. Your boy is fighting a WW period!

They think he has this strange mystical power to weigh in at 154 or 155 and then rehydrate into a perfectly conditioned 185 pounds on fight night giving him a huge unfair advantage over his opponent. Canelo can't gain weight after the weigh in any quicker or easier than any other boxer and he has never weighed more than 172 on fight night to the best of my knowledge. If he chooses to stay at 154 and he makes weight then he is following the rules and nobody should complain. But you know damn well many will scream bloody murder and call him a coward for not going to 160 where they think he belongs.
He does belong at 160 though, anyone who rehydrates to over 170 pounds isnt a true jr mw

Because he is the middleweight champion of the world and Canelo would be the challenger making GGG the A side, not Canelo. Middleweight title fights have been fought a a limit of 160 pounds for the last 100 years and that's the weight they are supposed to be fought at. A limit of 155 pounds isn't a middleweight title fight. It's a Jr. middleweight title fight plus 1 pound. If Canelo can't handle 160 pounds then he shouldn't mess with the big boys until he thinks he is ready.

You're talking about 1 fight, and let's ignore that Brook is 176 30 days out. I'm talking about careers. Golovkin has weighed less than his opponent in 8/10 of his last fights.

Canelo has ALWAYS been bigger. In order to find the last time he fought a smaller man, you're gonna go back to when he was a teenager.

              See ya.

Here we go again with Canelo having magic superpowers of being able to rehydrate 20 pounds better than other fighters. That's a bunch of BS. There is no accurate report that I have ever read of Canelo weighing more than 172 on fight night. That is the same weight Trout and other big Jr. middleweights weigh on fight night. You have turned Canelo into a natural 168 pounder now. That's ***ing crazy. If he weighs in at 154 for a 154 pound title fight he is obeying the rules and doing nothing wrong. Quit your crybaby b*tching, Canelo hater. Please explain how Canelo can so easily put on all this weight in 32 hours and no other boxers can do the same. In the real world that makes no sense at all. You are crediting Canelo with super powers of rehydration that he DOES NOT HAVE.

The problem is that he called out GGG "mexicans don't **** around" but then backed out of an agreement for a September fight.. Had canelo just gone back down after beating Cotto, he wouldn't take all this hate.. But he basically trolled fans by defending vs khan with the promise of a fall Golovkin fight, talked big post fight, but then ran away

He weighs 172 lbs bell time after making 154!
Those are the facts, if he was ok taking the 160 belt from Cotto thats ok by me. However don't tell EVERYONE that you'll defend it against GGG, he did say that on a live broadcast I heard him.

There have been fighters who moved up and then returned but when you have a bigger money fight than Cotto right in front of you theres only one reason to deny the bout. Either you (Canelo) or his promotion doesn't feel he can win!!!

Theres NO waiting to let it build up thats just fanboys talking!
If Canelo or GGG loose then their match up looses a lot of appeal.
People forget the loss by Mayweather because the kid was so young but any current loss would hurt the money fight!

My best guess why this hasn't happened is that they fear Canelo looses his edge if defeated especially if he's stopped! I can't think of any other reason to avoid that kind of pay date!

Actually I've never heard of a big call for Canelo to fight the guys you mentioned either. Either way, I don't think you can really justify saying it's okay for one fighter to stay where they're at and demand another fighter move up. It's a double standard. Any fighter can actually do whatever they want. It's their lives and careers on the line.
