Unfortunately we seem to not be dominating the lower weights any more. We used to have several fighters in the p4p list and now there is only Canelo and that is with an asterisk.

Latin/"spanish" would be classified as white in many cases. Or black in others. You're using the criteria all wrong. But basically as previously said, in those countries the average size is smaller. Doesn't matter if you go to California, Puerto Rico, Mexico, etc... You don't often run into a mexican dude built like The Rock. They exist... But how many of those even box? It's the same thing with saying "black" or "white" and bunching every nationality into it. How many elite level ethiopian hw boxers are there? Nfl players?
