Comments Thread For: Kell Brook: Once I Beat Gennady Golovkin - I'm The Man!

KELL BROOK says moving up to middleweight has turned him from Mr Grouchy to Mr Happy. And his missus is reaping the rewards at home. The Sheffield star is going up from welterweight to face IBO, WBA, IBF and WBC middleweight king Gennady Golovkin on September 10 at London's 02.

Conversely once you lose to Golovkin you'll be the can.

He's been ****ing on so much about the food, the food and the food that I think that's half the reason he's moved up 2 divisions. Talk about eating yourself into a new weight class. Absolutely no way he gets back to 147.

Eddie Hearn and his PR team in full overdrive. Trying to force feed us some crap (food pun intended).

Enjoy the experience, Kell. The move up will be worth it. Not only does it give you the payday you always wanted, it also provides for a good excuse to not go back down to 147 where Spence and Thurman await. It’s better to get destroyed by GGG than to be exposed by men your own size.

... if i could eat anything i wanted and make a few million dollars... and all i had to do was to get beaten up for 20 min. Well... i'd be happy too! (closer to extatic actually!..)
