In the next two weeks I am havig a boxing book published, I am self publishing........It will be called, Professsional Boxing, an Inside review of Major bouts. Anyone here have any good ideas how to post or market such a book. Please post, thanks....

I think that sounds like a great idea. I got into the bookstore and there are too few boxing books out there but yet plenty of basketball and baseball books so it would be good to get more boxing books in the stores. I am a writer too, not published yet, but I haven't finished rewriting my novel yet so I've looked into the publishing field. My plan is to get a literary agent and try to connect that way with a major publisher, but if that doesn't work to go the self publishing route.
I don't know enough about your situation. In two weeks is your book going to press? Or are you trying to get a company to print it for you in two weeks? You can google self publishers and there are a number of companies which can help you print and distribute the book, some help with marketing, sometimes you pay them upfront, sometimes they take a percentage of each book sold. You have to see what their individual guidelines are, it's been a while since I've researched that topic. Anyway, good luck. -
