Eddie Hearn talks Canelo, Khan, Brook, Interview - Gennady Golovkin was searching for someone to fight him for the middleweight title. Kell Brook was more than eager to step up for the challenge. Brook will move up two weight classes to face the fearsome Golovkin on Sept. 10 in a clash of unbeaten champions. The British fighter will have the hometown advantage at London's 02 Arena, but faces a formidable task against a fighter who is not only bigger but has stopped his last 22 opponents.

If Brook somehow manages to beat Golovkin, it will be more impressive than Turpin's win over Robinson. Sugar Ray had recently moved up from welterweight and weighed a mere 154 1/2 against Turpin, who was a very big middleweight. Also, Robinson had fought eight times in the previous three months, so he was completely drained.

Eddie Hearn is talking the truth....I don't believe Brook will beat GGG but I do believe that Kell Brook could easily give GGG his toughest fight yet...you never know in boxing..anything can happen..

For the sake of their legacies, let's just say it'd be a great win hehe. Just imagine how Brook fans and GGG fans would feel. Also, this forum would literally explode from all the GGG haters haha.
