Comments Thread For: Chocolatito To Finish With 113 Rounds of Sparring For Cuadras

Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez (45-0, 38KOs) is rounding off his training camp in Big Bear, California this Saturday, with NO intention of tangling with a Grizzly, but certainly aiming to leave his mark by dethroning WBC super flyweight champion Carlos Caudras (35-0, 27KOs) on September 10th at the Inglewood Forum.

caudras will not win this, he'll probs get stopped, concepcion was giving him a hard time, trying to box will make him tired quicker too so theres no way out for caudras.

Seeing that weight makes me wonder how big Roman is. With the division only differing by a few pounds, the weight drain game could be worse than what other fighters are doing... Regardless, that's a lot of rounds?!?! I hope he didn't leave his fight in the gym. The boy is good.

Cuadras gets broken down by the eighth round. I can't see this going any further than that.

I've been saying for long time Chocolatito is huge...

I don't know why people are just now realizing how big Chocolatito is. He's way bigger than everyone in every division he's fought in. He's another Nicholas Walters, Canelo, Brook, Clottey, Lomanchenko etc. etc who can squeeze down to much smaller weight classes and then rehydrate to a much bigger man than the guy they're fighting. Lomachenko isn't as bad as the others mentioned I will concede. When Chocolatito moves to 125/130lbs we'll see where he's really at. I don't doubt his skills just saying it'll be a more even playing field.
