Willie's legs were gone and he knew there was nothing to stop the onslaught. What did you want, for Monroe to suffer brain damage for your entertainment? Lol

Neither Rosado nor Monroe have much of a resume, unless you want to count whom they've lost to. Clottey is Gabe's best win, and I wouldn't go bragging about that one.

I agree the fight is fairly even, but that's only because Willie isn't a harder puncher. However, he's simply a better boxer than Rosado, and that should win the day. Monroe seems like a pretty nice kid to me. I don't get why you wanna see him beat so bad, unless Gabe is a relative or something. Lol
Yeah I watched the Monroe/GGG fight

Yeah Willie uses his skill and slickness usually. But what he relied on to beat scrubs wouldn't work againt GGG, The only reason Monroe was allowed to tee off on Gennady was because GGG didn't respect Monroes power so he allowed him to,

Your Right Monroe was outgunned and had no chance of winning and I don't have a problem with fighters quitting, I'm not in the ring I don't know what they're going through I try not to judge I rarely sh.it on fighters for quitting but the fact is Willie quit and Gabe went out like a soldier. I think iIt's fair game to bring it up. And yes both have less then stellar resumes but Gabes is better

I've already said I'm not a fan of Willie, I thought he came across like a broad in his interviews he did with Fighthype and a couple other interviews I've seen he's just not the type of fighter I root for. And I'm a fan of Gabe because I respect the road he's taken to get where's he's at a guy who wasn't given sh.it and turned it into a career he gets props from me.

But it's hyperbole and just talking sh.it when I say I hope Gabe beats the sh.it /or brakes out of Monroe. I want Gabe to win and If he makes Willie quit then cool but I don't wish any ill will or any harm to Monroe I don't take the sport that seriously just talking sh.it

It's really kind of tough to critique an inferior fighter's performance. Some dudes are just better. No matter what you try, they'll always have an answer. You're correct, Willie's relative lack of power didn't command respect from GGG. We're talking two completely different classes.

      Fair enough.

I haven't read those Fighthype interviews. Willie seems like a decent guy to me. Maybe I missed something. As for Gabe, I don't disagree. He's done quite a lot with limited tools and time. I'm not against him, I'm just for Monroe.

Yeah man I'm not even critical of Monroes performance against Gennady, like you said just 2 different classes. Truth be told he did better then I thought he would and respect the fact he tried and go toe to toe with Gennady, the guy faced the best in his division for short money he should get props for that

I actually don't mind the fight , 2 fighters about the same level both in need of a decent win.

        Have a good one man

They both have fought Golovkin: Rosado spent the whole night running from Golovkin whereas Monroe at least stood his ground and had some success. He also took his loss like a man unlike Rosado who implied than Golovkin's gloves had less padding than usual.
Nope. Monroe did cry lie a bitsch implying GGG's gloves are lacking padding and for quite a long time. Really a sad mfker, a sore loser, I must say.

The following was reported by Scott Christ in Bad Left Hook.com on Oct. 24, 2013 (quoting Gabriel Rosado):

"I do believe that his gloves are different than any other fighter that I've fought before. I could tell you that right now. We both fought with Grants, but for whatever reason his Grants were missing a little more cushion on the knuckles. And we had a problem with that, and they said that the gloves were approved [by the New York State Athletic Commission].

" ... When he hit me in the first round, I just felt straight, solid wraps. It wasn't like it was just the impact of the glove. It felt like a little bat hitting the top of my head. So Triple-G's gloves, Grant definitely makes custom gloves for [him]. So Stevens definitely has to look out for that. ... I've never got cut in a fight. Only by a head-butt, which was four years ago. I got cut twice [over] the same eye in the second round [against Golovkin]. [Matthew] Macklin got cut early in their fight as well. It's just kind of suspect about them gloves."

If I took the beating Rosado did in his career, I'd shut up. I mean, respect to him for taking those fights but no need to be an *******, specially when you are on the losing side. He is probably losing this one as well.

Monroe did this as well on video and on twitter. Please do research.
