Monroe is a very good boxer, Rosado is a journeyman. Monroe is a nice guy, Rosado is a prick.

They both have fought Golovkin: Rosado spent the whole night running from Golovkin whereas Monroe at least stood his ground and had some success. He also took his loss like a man unlike Rosado who implied than Golovkin's gloves had less padding than usual.

Did you watch the Monroe-GGG fight? Despite being a slick fighter who beats his opponents on skills and speed, Willie stood in the pocket and exchanged with a monster puncher. Monroe went down hard twice in the second, and fought his guts out in the fourth and fifth before going down hard again in the sixth. Willie's legs were gone and he knew there was nothing to stop the onslaught. What did you want, for Monroe to suffer brain damage for your entertainment? Lol

Neither Rosado nor Monroe have much of a resume, unless you want to count whom they've lost to. Clottey is Gabe's best win, and I wouldn't go bragging about that one.

I agree the fight is fairly even, but that's only because Willie isn't a harder puncher. However, he's simply a better boxer than Rosado, and that should win the day. Monroe seems like a pretty nice kid to me. I don't get why you wanna see him beat so bad, unless Gabe is a relative or something. Lol
