Comments Thread For: Rosado-Monroe Winner Could Get Canelo Next, Says Golden Boy VP

Even though Billy Joe Saunders isn't appearing on the undercard to Canelo Alvarez vs. Liam Smith, we may still end up seeing Alvarez's next opponent on the Sept. 17 pay-per-view show.

Seriously Oscar can go f#ck himself.

Granted I'd love to see Monroe or Rosado get this sorta of opportunity, but I don't think either deserve that caliber a fight & more importantly I think Canelo & more importantly Oscar should be setting their sights higher.

Best thing that can happen is a draw Rosato who is really over the hill Monroe you can punch neithe would have a chance against this evader of GGG...

What Eric Gomez really means is - "If Gabe Rosado wins, then he fights Canelo next".

Monroe would represent a bit more of a challenge than Cinnabon is looking for.

Don't make it a country thing cuz no one picks more than Europeans and Americans.

              Nuff said.

I don't even mind a Monroe fight. I think it be a good fight.

That would be funny if Saunders just "amir khan'd" himself by ruining an opportunity for a big fight by sitting on the sidelines instead of taking advantage of fighting on the undercard.

I'd much rather it be Monroe than Rosado.
