    because thats what you do when you have a mandatory challenger to your title. You make an offer. What you DONT do is bend over and vacate your title.

      That title was worthless anyway, Lil Gina's had been saying it was a paper worthless title since Cotto won it. Even more worthless now it was just given to Golovkin.
