How does Boxing get a single Governing Body?

I think we are all fed of the multiple organisations with numerous titles and ridiculous rankings.

Boxing needs a single governing body. But how do we get one? Can we get one (in our lifetimes)?

As long as there is more money to be made having multiple governing bodies they'll never be a single governing body.

As long as promoters look to pair their boxer with the weakest champion so they can call their boxer "world champion" they'll never be a single governing body.

As long as the governing bodies give preferential treatment to the boxers with the biggest wallets they'll never be a single governing body.

The sport needs to be seriously broken before this will ever be fixed. I don't think it ever will be.
