Will Ward prove his offer to GGG was legit by fighting him @168 next year?

You kept hating on GGG claiming GGG would be irrelevant now, even though 10 times as many people want to see GGG vs Canelo than Kovalev vs Ward.

    Who is the irrelevant here?
GGG is irrelevant concerning Ward, who's fighting Kova. Not GGG being irrelevant as a fighter himself. I'm pretty sure this is the 2nd time I've cleared that up for you. And I didn't keep hating on anything. I said once, GGG is irrelevant. (But not as a fighter. Concerning Ward he is because Ward is fighting Kova). This is now the 3rd time.

And again, GGG/Canelo has nothing to do with Ward, or Kova. And if we're being honest, which you don't seem to be doing, Ward/Kova as a real fan would know, should be a vastly superior fight to GGG/Canelo. In which GGG should be favored dramatically. Where as Ward and Kova should be rightfully so, 2 of the top fighters in the sport.

Gennady wasn’t too happy to hear Ward saying that he’s making excuses to avoid a fight, and Gennady fires back in epic proportion.

No mention of this before or since? All those times they've been called out on it and they never mention it? GTFO if you believe that ****.

Andre Ward is fighting Kovalev next.

Golovkin is fighting a blown up 147 pounder.

That says it all, really. Any unbiased and objective fan can see the truth.

Ward said quite clearly he can no longer make 168 and will never return to that weight again. At the time that Ward verbally called out GGG, GGG was under contract and in training to fight Lemieux and had to go through with that fight. A short time later Ward was injured and unable to fight anyone. Before Ward issued his now famous media challenge to GGG to fight him he fought Smith a 168 pounder at a catchweight of 172. I think that makes it clear Ward's 168 pound days were over before he ever challenged GGG. If a Ward vs GGG fight had been seriously negotiated Ward would have insisted the fight be fought a 175 pounds. With Ward it's my way or hit the highway.

But you aren't unbiased and objective are you now? You are a Ward fan who doesn't like GGG. You deliberately leave out the part where GGG tried hard to get fights with Saunders and Eubank before accepting an offer to fight Brook before time ran out on his HBO date. You leave the part out about GGG's desire to fight Saunders right after Brook. You also leave out that Ward's last fight was against an unheard of guy in the weight class below his. So please quit acting so unbiased and objective because that ain't you.
