You're a straight up fool if you think looks matter in the fight game. I've seen fights where the champions body looks flawless yet he still gets his hands into him. Ever heard of Duran and Chavez? They both were a little pudgy, yet they were clinical finishers.

I think there is only about a 1% chance that Oscar stays fresh for 12 rounds. But it all depends what Mayorga can get done. But he didn't have much problem against a more limited guy like Castillejo. And we all saw how easily Trinidad boxed (keyword here - boxed) Mayorga's ears off.

Do you think Mayorga can apply the kind of pressure that Trinidad and Mosley did in the last couple rounds against him? I don't think so.

YEWah I seen many fighters with pudgy bodies who were great fighters. Look at Ali or Frazier were never ripped and Norton had a body of a god..

My point was Mayorga looks the best shape of his career and confident. DLH doesn't look sharp and his body language wasn't 100% confidence.

Things to look for before a fights is the fighter's condition and their body language. Everyone knows if a fighter is gaining weight, looks softer, or weak means that he isn't training. It is not a telltale sign but foreshadows a lot

plus hes a far greater boxer than mayorga & has shown a great chin

I seen DLH in better shape. Much more ripped with muscles bellies popping out. He looked flat at weigh-in. DLH has faded in late into the fight in a few recent fights. So condition plays a big role.

I know DLH has enough boxing skill to beat mayorga silly on his good day but being off when Mayorga is on doesn't look promising for DLH

Mayorga looked RIPPED and ready to rumble. The worst nightmare for any boxer fighting Mayorga is a Mayorga focused and in shape. DLH won't have the power to hurt Mayorga and Mayorga probably wont stop throwing bombs.

Plus DLH looked tired, weak and soft compared to his past fights. Looked like he didn't take Mayorga seriously but has $30 mill in the bank.
