                  Charles Martina was buying drugs in Downtown LA, lol who the hell goes to DTLA that early in the morning. Zac Efron was also caught in DTLA at 4am in the morning near skid row with his bodyguards, and he got into a fight some dealers probably jumoped him, he claimed he was looking for sushi lol, Sushi places never serve on Sunday. Efron is a known weed and coke head.
