There is a difference between lying and being incorrect. As far as I knew that's how the WBC had granted the voluntary defense. All I knew is Loeffler and Oscar sat with the WBC and came to an agreement, the particulars of those types of agreements usually come with financial compensation.

From what Loeffler had made public at the time they agreed to let Canelo fight Khan that's what I came away with. Shhh get interpreted differently by other people. It's cool if you want to call me a liar, i'm cool with that i've already explained myself.

no need to call you liar, i just dont remember any legit source saying canelo paid ggg... if somebody did, then it was a lie and missinformed others who could spread the lie without knowing...
