I wonder how much weight this guy has to lose that he's coming out with these statements

"We are thinking this is probably the last fight at 154 lbs. There are a lot of C class fighters at 160 lb that we can look good against and at the same time we're hoping Golovkin gets tired of waiting and moves to 168 so we never have to face him.''

Maybe they don't sell tickets... and, soon, Canelo is starting to promise that GGG fight again...

So he's grabbing a belt he doesn't plan on defending at 154. And went after the weakest 154 champion. I'm rooting for Smith.

So he moves down to 154 and fights a guy that isn't even considered top 5 jmw by most. Then he's going to move up to mw, avoid ggg and choose to fight Saunders instead. Boxing would be better off if Canelo and his lame fans just disappear from boxing.

Geez you only have the lineal belt and weigh in over 170 routinely. Running out of WWs to fight at 154 Canelo? The guy has made a career fighting smaller men. Time for him to step up and show if he is the real deal or just another hype job.
