Fights when a severely weight drained fighter won.

What fights did a guy kill himself to make weight and still pull off a W?

I dont mean mismatches like Mikey vs Juanma or Rios vs Murray. I mean toss up fights like if Dawson would have beat Ward or DLH beat Pac.

hopkins fought de la hoya at a 158 catchweight. I dunno if that counts though as I wouldn't call hopkins 'severely weight drained'

Porter over Broner. Porter began his career at 154 didn't he? He was bigger in amateurs too i believe. He was made to come in at 144. He is a big welterweight too.

Walters looked like a starving Ethiopian child at the weigh in for Donaire. That was a high profile fight. I dont think he ever made 126 after that again either but I could be wrong.

Yea could be but according to Kenny and Shawn they made the weight easy. I think they also said there was a rehydration limit.

Walters looked comfortable in the ring,no stamina issues which is a major sign of weight draining. Plus he rehydrated BIG.

I'd hardly label that as severely weight drained.

About Hopkins DeLa Hoya . Hopkins routinely came into the ring at 158 ,157. Remember he said he could make 154. Kind of sounds like a hypocrite now doesn't he. When criticizing GGG, HE was pumping up His fighter Canelo.
