Mayorga didnt even accnoledge Don King at all. Anyone who has ever heard Mayorga speak knows he respects Don alot. He (like everyone else) knows he never would have made it this far had it not been for Don King. That is why he always thanks Don when a mic is infront of him. He has been like this with Don all week even a dirty look at the final presser. Wonder if they had a falling out? When a latino (all the latinos on the board will agree) is that macho, proud, ****y, and this feeling of loss of respect will be turned into hate. And he will take it out on Oscar. I was thinking Oscar was going to UD, but Mayorga's chances just went up in my book.
Anyone else notice this at the weigh in

you're right, but i never really noticed that mayorga always went out of his way to thank don king, but i aggree now that you brought it up mayorga does look like he has a dislike for king.
and all i seen is mayorga is taking this fighter really serious and delahoya already got the best of him with the little stunt he pulled off at the staredown that was showed on hbo

changing the subject a little, his two prodigys became great trainers, teddy atlas and kevin rooney, since atlas is always on tv on fnf and wnf, you can tell he learned a lot from cus damato, i hope he talks about damato a bit in his book, the best book i've read that talked a bit about damato was the book on tyson by jose torres, great book, it an older book with lots of great infoComment

....That's some straight up Jedi talk right there. John McEnroe was one of the best at channeling his anger to win a tennis match. He also blew up and made an ass of himself but it usually made him step up his game.Comment
