I agree with everything you have said except your 2nd assessment. Khan has taken punishment, it might not be for 12 consecutive rounds where he gets his face bashed, but his knockouts are some of the worst in boxing, he gets KO'd cold, and typically falls the same way and reacts the same way, not a good sign and it's happened multiple times already in his career.
Khan go KOd cold by a middleweight but historically, in boxing, one punch KOs do not seriously affect health as much and as often as having a career of consistent punishment. That's what I was trying to get at.
