Gennady golovkin....he is the biggest hype job I have seen since Antonio Margarito. They beat a few contenders and maybe 3 titlists and people were calling them the most feared....more like having a thin resume

he has talent but I have never seen a fighter with such a ho hum resume be considered top 3 pound for pound by so many people. hasn't beat anyone elite or near p4p top 30


His team doesn't take risks

he only on 1 out of 3 belts in the ring

and his die hard fans hate any kind of criticism he receives even though they go in hard on other fighters

Look I'm as big of a Brook fan as you are a GGG fan, but I wouldn't be okay with Brook fighting Anthony Crolla next even if it was gonna be exciting. Even Brook vs Rances Barthelemy would be a huge disappointment. I hated the Bizier, Dan fights and as a Brook fan like the GGG fight, the Spence fight, the Thurman fight.

I defend Kell about his injuries and his mandatories , but not about waiting 6 years to long to step up his competition. I wanted the Pacquiao fight for Kell 5 years ago when he called for it on sky.

Once again, I don't dislike GGG at all, but you seem to really love him and will overlook anything to justify his actions.

Spence(his best win is Avocado Algieri), Crawford(Postol is criminally overrated, he has one win over a shot Matthyse), and Kovalev(He's elite but let's be real he's not even close to GGG's level).

I think the hype with spence and Crawford is for the future people are hyped and excited about new talent, at some point all great fighters were on the come up, why cant we be happy about new talent without people pulling the "who has he fought card"???????? but then that same logic doesn't apply to GGG????????

fair enough mate, its a tough tough ask for brook but i think hes going to do better than expected, and i genuinely do see it as a small middleweight versus someone whos probably natural jr middlweight, really dont think the size difference is enough for people on here to call it a 'circus act' 'freak show'. the worst thing is people say that and then demand GGG fight ward at light heavy lol
