I remember several months ago seeing a video on Facebook of Usher looking decent throwing some punches on mitts. The poster was using it to make fun of Meek Mill's embarassing punching bag video. Anyway turns out he was preparing to play Sugar Ray Leonard in Hands of Stone.

Its not a boxing match it was a kickboxing match. If he were like 25 he could do something but he is older and gassed quickly on the bag. One thing for sure is he def has power in his punches from his training videos.
