Saunders and Eubank Jr didn't "miss out" on facing GGG.
Both of them chose to not take that fight

eubanks jr was not just beaten by billy joe saunders he was humiliated he lost every minute of every round eubanks sr already chickened out of one rematch offer why would billy joe saunders even consider him eubanks jr is a palpable coward who likes to beat up on over matched sparring partners and is not fit to carry billy joe saunders jockstrap

Warren and Saunders offered him the fight earlier this year for a career high payday, they had the contract ready to sign and they chose to fight Blackwell instead. Also give up his mandatory slot for Jacobs, Also failed to sign the contract for GGG.

        I think we're seeing a pattern here...

Don't disrespect your daddy, Eubank! Billy Joe is your father!

The father tells the son when he'll fight, not vice versa.

I was thinking the same thing, you beat me to it.

I recently re-watched the fight and BJS did better than I felt when I watched it live, but I still just gave it Eubank. It wasn't a robbery, but it could have gone either way depending on the judges opnions so I'm not upset about the result. However to claim that BJS schooled Eubank is more than just a stretch of the imagination.

Given recent form, I would predict a late stoppage for Eubank in the same vain as the Spike fight if they were to fight again. I doubt very much he'd start slow again.
