After Canelo knocked out James Kirkland in Houston last year, he was clear that he wanted to come to Texas at least once a year from then on out. Canelo drew more than 33,000 people in Houston after drawing more than 45,000 in San Antonio for his fight with Austin Trout.

It won't sell out but theyll give the appearance that it did by giving away thousands of free tickets on fight week. This fight is trash and Oscar is underestimating the negative impact of Canelo handing over his belt to avoid ggg.

There are a lot of paisas in Tx so I wouldnt doubt it especailly if the tickets are cheap. I dont like Canelo but if I lived close by Id go if it were $10 tickets. Id take the fam and friends, thats good promoting if you ask me...

I think the cheapest tickets were 40$, which some people pay just to tour the stadium.
That's a deal for this type of event, the ladies will be there for sure, which is all it took for me to get my tickets.

Cheap seats scare me. A big crowd of minimum wage always has a risk of riots and isolated incidents. I've seen it. I guess I'm just too old to enjoy it anymore. If the fight gets ugly, the cheap seats seem to blow up first. They want their moneys worth, that's for sure.
