When it became clear that Khan will never fight Brook, Brook shifted his focus on Garcia after he beat Bizier. No one is saying Garcia should have fought Brook before the Bizier fight. People are talking about fights that Garcia should have taken after the Bizier fight or Thurman's Porter fight.

edit: go to badlefthook. they have a ton of articles where brook says he wants Garcia or Vargas or Broner. He then starts negotiating with Vargas. he never entered negotiations with Danny or made him an offer.
