No one said they were. It Is obvious that your comprehension level Is below par. My reply was based on another member bashing Pacquiao for being Involved In rematches and the following names were mentioned due to the fact that Pacquiao had multiple fights with these particular fighters.

(Marquez x4, Morales x3, Barrera x2, Bradley x3).

I see no reason to bash a guy for fighting future HOF fighters(excluding Bradley) multiple times, particularly the ones mentioned above. Feel free to show the post I made claiming that Rios, Clottey, Vargas and Algieri are Hall Of Famers.
