Right, Floyd was down only against Zab and was more a balance issue.

There is nothing wrong with McGregor's heart, or his chin.

      Weight matters !

McGregor is a perfect example of what will happen to Kell Brook.

Except McGregor is a top fighter, he was blitzing Diaz in that 1st round..... but his body was conditioned to prepare for 145, just like Brook is conditioned to fight welters at 147.....

..... McGregor blew himself out, he underestimated how his body would respond to the extra weight against a larger opponent.

..... McGregor will lose again for the same reason he lost the first time, which is the same reason why Brook will get KTFO by Golovkin.

Weight matters, especially against an opponent who is on top of his game.

And " weight " means optimum fighting weight..... not walk-around weight, or rehydration-weight.

McGregor would do better given time to adapt to the weight, and that could EASILY take 2-3, 4 fights.
      I call BS.

McGregor won't be fighting at 145 again, he is now a 155lb fighter- he confirmed this. Diaz fought a couple of fights at 170( two I think), but the rest of his at 155. So no, he is not at a large a size disadvantage. Conversely, I think the truth is he doesn't have a size advantage. He was boiling down to make it to 145, the dude looked like a skeleton his last couple of weight-ins.

He whooped Kovalev's ass? Nope. He whooped GGG's ass? No that's right he ducked GGG. Floyd fans want GGG to move up to fight Ward who fights at 175, but they say it's unfair for Floyd to fight GGG in his own second weight class 154. Just shows how much more they think of GGG's skills than Floyd's when they expect so much more out of GGG.

Floyd actually never fought any of my favorite fighters in their primes, or really at all, which was the problem. He's a ducker and before you argue, just read my signature. He admitted it so learn your history, he already admitted he's a risk adverse businessman who was in the game to fight the easiest fights possible for the greatest reward, not to prove who the best was. "We're not fighting to prove to boxing fans who the best is." That's a direct quote from Floyd lol. He don't care about you, the dumb boxing fan, or the sport. He cares about cash for fighting easy opponents, period.

Kind of like the excuses Floyd had when he lost against Castillo and the judges gave him a gift...
