the fluid in your brains takes years to acclimate to the new you, so you if your a boxer and drop weight too extreme too fast you ****ed up the fluid in your brain and when you get cracked you gonna feel it and guess what since it takes years to acclimate you gonna be taking a beating till yoru career is over.

An intelligent boxer would never mistreat his body that way. He would fight at a correct and healthy weight and stay fairly close to that weight at all times. Mayweather and Hopkins among others followed these simple health rules and it helped them to be so successful.
