he'll still have to pay hbo a percentage even if TR puts up their own PPV event, which is why he claims their contract ends if they pass on this fight. hbo has the exclusive rights to broadcast pac's fights so TR can't just bypass them

the past years pac's been keeping everyone waiting, admitting that boxing is just a way to make some extra money while he pursues his career in politics and picking a second or third tier inhouse opponent. people were bound to lose interest
