If Canelo doesn't make weight, and I'm Smith I'm not fighting.

He will make weight, it wont be a problem either but if he has even a remotely poor fight all his fans will claim that 1 pound was the reason why. He wasnt weight drained v Mayweather either he was outclassed

Probably. But that would not speak well of "Caneloweight" if it turns out that was able to make 154 easily this whole time.

You better hope he does because bar Golovkin, 160 will be a walk in the park for Canelo. I can see Jacobs giving him a few good rounds but ultimately getting caught and the rest of them all get worked.

154, he has a tough rematch with Lara and good fights with all the other champions who are much more agile and complicated for Canelo.

He wasn't defending a title at "Caneloweight" so what's the big deal? He tried to make the fight with Khan at 154,but Khan wouldn't have it.

If he could make 154 this whole time, what was the point of the 155 pound catchweight for his past fights?

Yes 154 is a much better division.
