This fight is free in the US. Whereas Canelo sought out a smaller Amir Khan and then sold that **** sandwich, GGG is fight Brook for lack of a middleweight option, and you won't have to pay for it.

I do not love this fight, I would rather Eubank Jr. had fired his dad and fought triple G. But for a stay busy fight, it's not as bad as people make it out.

If the fight was in the states it would be on PPV. And last I looked Khan only had to come up 8 lbs and NOT 13 lbs...

I believe it's a mismatch due to fact that GGG has knocked out top ten guys in his division. But we can't count brook out because he has too knocked people out left and right but not the same quality. Now, if people argue that he fights bums then it shouldn't be a mismatch. Just two bum beaters duking it out no? One heavier than the other I guess. Still buying this fight. GGG is exciting and brook can shock the world, what's not to like.

There is a lot to like about the fight as it has some tangibles going on but at the end of the day the biggest truth in this fight is thats its David vs Goliath its not close to an even fight .

Im interested in it because Brook is a elite WW and is taking on a huge challenge , GGG has fought not bums but realistically nothing more than gate keepers and he even says its his biggest fight .

If GGG has any trouble in this he better stay the fck away from Ward , hats of to Brook its a very big task to shock the world , its great to see Genady fight an elite fighter its a shame he is a WW .

Bizier beat the undefeated "knockout artist" Fredrick Lawson to get his fight with Brook...... It'd be like complaining about Brook fighting Bundu if he beats Spence because Thurman already beat him.

I, and many others, have no idea who Fredrick Lawson is, or even Kevin Bizier! Beating Jo Jo Dan, Frankie Gavin, and Kevin Bizier, would be OK if Brook was fighting Thurman, Garcia, or even Errol Spence Jr., but it's no indication that Brook could beat GGG in a MW title fight. Those guys are B-level welterweights! If Brook had beat Pacquiao, Mayweather, Cotto, Maidana, Khan, or Lara, we wouldn't be having this conversation! If Brook had got a KO over Porter, we might not be having this conversation! But somehow Brook couldn't get a fight with Pacquiao, Rios, Bradley, and Vargas, and now we're to believe he has a chance to beat GGG??? I agree with GGG, "five rounds tops!"

I think Brook goes 8, unless he presses the offense too much. I also think he needs to stay on the outside despite what other people are saying, being smaller I don't think he'll have the durability for a ground war.


I'm more interested in seeing Brook fight either the winner of Jermall/J-Rock or Spence/Bundu (be awesome if he fought both, defending his WW title, then going after the JMW title).
