Commey can ****. I think he has the potential to be a bigger star than Clottey in Accra. I've seen some of the toughest fighters from that area, it's not easy to make it out of West Africa.

This could be a superfight down the road. Wish we could put it off until both guys knock off some more of the lesser competition. Not at all sure that theres another lightweight who could hang with either of these kids. I'm going give the edge to Easter even though I think Commey may be the more physically gifted. Easter is the better schooled fighter and his power won't allow Commey to make mistakes.

The problem with that kind of thinking is that down the road after one of the guys loses, that takes the luster off the fight. This way we find out RIGHT NOW who the contender is and sometimes when both fighters have a good showing, both fighters go on to do more things in boxing. Countless solid matchups became missed opportunities because one moves up in weight, both get too old, one loses against a lesser guy, etc. They need to fight now, not later.
