I dont believe the hype. Shakur will never do as good as lomachenko in his second pro fight. The fact that he wont get a title shot in his second fight proves hes not on lomas level. I do think hes good and theres alot of fights for him at his weight id like to see choclatito up at bantam for shakur by the time hes developed or inoue.
